IT health check questions
The IT health check is a 12-question self-assessment covering four areas. Those are security (MFA, email protection, endpoint security), backup (backup method, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup, restore testing), infrastructure (hardware age, device visibility, patching) and productivity and cloud (remote device management, password management and external file sharing). It produces a score and a prioritised list of gaps.
Yes, it is free and no sign-up is required. The assessment runs in your browser and shows the results immediately. You can optionally request a follow-up consultation with an AMEA engineer to discuss the findings.
A score of 85 or more indicates a well-managed environment with the essential controls in place. Scores between 55 and 84 mean important gaps remain, usually in backup testing or device management. Below 55, the organisation is exposed to common attacks and data loss, and MFA and backups should be addressed first.
